John Seto is the founder and President of the Company.  John has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor business. He received his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from University of California at Berkeley. He did poly silicon research in General Motors research laboratory in MI.  He moved back to the San Francisco Bay area to engage in the Integrated Circuit business.  He worked for Advanced Memory Incorp., Intersil, Fairchild and then Hyundai Electronic America before joining a group of his friends to start up Vitelic Inc. a California Company, world’s first fabless memory company to design and had manufactured CMOS DRAM, SRAM with development and manufacturing partners in Taiwan, Japan and Korea. He held key management positions such as;Vice President of Memory Operations, Sr. Vice President of foundry, marketing, strategic planning and Asia Sales. He set up and managed subsidiaries in Taiwan, Japan, Korea, England and Germany. He developed and managed supply chain for the products produced by companies such as Hyundai, Goldstar, Sanyo, OKI and Sony.  He continued to hold key management positions after the merge of Vitleic and Mosel to become Mosel Vitelic Inc, a Taiwan Company.  The positions he held included;Executive Vice President of Business Group, Director of the Board,  Acting Chairman and then Chairman of the Board. International Capture Tech CO LTD (ICT) was established in 2006.


ICT uses its knowledge and connections to work with companies to develop partnership which helps to promote their business.  The areas we can make a contribution are the following:


  1. Customer development: One example of this is that we helped a Taiwanese contract manufacture to develop a key customer in USA.  We can also help to find customers overseas outside of USA.
  2. Product supply :  One example is that we helped a company, which is quite small to obtain a consistent memory supply from a major manufacturer.  We can assist in obtain other products as well.  Although our most experience area is in memory and power management devices.
  3. Contract manufacturing:  We had helped a company to have their products (I.C’s) assembled, including MCP, tested at reasonable cost and delivery time while the companies are small and cannot get the attention of large contract manufacturers.
  4. Wafer foundry supply : We are well connected with silicon foundries in both Taiwan and China.  We can provide information in technology, availability and possible cost for their service.
